Using real-world case studies and robust scientific evidence, the Pathfinder Initiative aims to synthesise lessons and highlight gaps in implementing practical pathways to zero-carbon societies across diverse settings. Highlighting knowledge gaps and identifying these pathways will enable significant improvements to be achieved with minimal delay to accelerate progress to a post-carbon community.
As a Commissioner, UrbanBetter’s Prof Oni is part of the Lancet Pathfinder Commission, providing scientific oversight to guide and inform data collection and analysis.
